Now open to all Franklin Country Residents, no zip code restrictions, no documentation requirements. Consumers are able to visit once a week. Center will only be distributing pre-boxed food to take home. Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm Tuesday, Thursday: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
