Ingredients - our products are made with real ingredients, no artificial flavors, colors, etc. They are gluten-free and vegan, although our spice blend is made in a facility that has wheat and nut products, so there is a chance of cross-contamination.
Products - We make our products in small batches with high quality ingredients. The recipes are derived from dishes served in Memphis, highlighting the flavors of southern foods.
Mission - Double Comfort is a social enterprise. We make a donation of all profits to local food pantries. Our business is overseen by the Double Comfort Charitable Advisory Council, made up of ten local business professionals. Double Comfort is happy to be a member of Social Ventures in Columbus, Ohio.
And then it was a team..
We've come a long way baby - and we'd like to show our appreciation for all the innumerable folks that got us to this place, but the list is so long it'd overrun our website. Just suffice it to say there are many people, and to all we are grateful. Your generosity of time and spirit and talents has grown Double Comfort from a little idea over drinks, to a restaurant and now a specialty foods company. And none of this could have been done with out the The DCF Charitable Advisory Council Members, Taproot (and the invaluable talents of Jenni, Julia, Michele, CaJohn's, Team DC, and the many vendors and business people who helped teach us the ropes so we didn't have to learn everything the hard way. And best of all, thanks to our supporters, through your purchases, you improve the life of another person in a profound way, just one bottle and one meal at a time.
